Andrea Maria Jeremiah has worked as an actress as well as a musician, playback singer and actress for Tamil films as well as Malayalam film. Her acting debut was in the Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut with Annayum raolum. Andrea Jeremiah was raised to an Anglo-Indian family at Arakkonam in Tamil Nadu.Andrea's father is a lawyer in the Madras High Court. She is the younger cousin of an assistant researcher in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah lived near Chennai she went to National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College.
