Kari Sam Wuhrer was born on April 28, 1968, is an American Actress and Singer. The career of Wuhrer began when she was still a teenager. Her most well-known performances include Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders as well as her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble), who works as a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). There are three siblings. As a teenager she was a nightclub performer by sneaking from the house. She studied acting from when she was 13 years old at Wooster School. She then pursued the art of drama at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts along with renowned teacher Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer is an American actor, model and singer. She was born April 28 the 28th of April, 1967 at Brookfield Connecticut. Kari is the daughter of a German-American father and a mother who is German-American. Kari has 3 siblings. When she was a teenager, she sang at nightclubs while slipping out for performances. Kari began acting at the Wooster school aged thirteen, and went further to pursue a degree in drama at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under the renowned Uta Hagen. Kari started acting when she was in her teens, her first television appearance from the 1987's MTV Remote Control.
